A Different Kind of Evening
A few nights a month we put together something with a shape to it. A flight built around one region, a producer worth an hour of your attention, a seated dinner where the food is chosen to follow the wine rather than the other way around. Some of it happens at the bar. Most of it happens in the Salon behind it.
These are small on purpose. When there is something on the calendar we send it to the list first, and the seats tend to go from there. Ticketed events are announced by email before they are announced anywhere else.
